SACRED CREATIVITY CIRCLES
Let us reclaim our birthright and gather in sacred circle. Let us re-learn the ways of our ancient women’s wisdom as we restore the balance and create a lasting legacy of empowerment.
It is an ancient thing to sit in circle and to share with one another our life stories. Being part of a community is an undeniably important element of our well-being, as we learn how to speak and how to listen to one another with love and respect.
Creativity is also part of our ancient way, and is innate to each and every one of us. We all have the ability to tap into our own unique, bright essence and find the seat of our creative power. This is the root of our life force and it is right here, waiting for us to access it. Allowing this energy to flow through you, unimpeded creates a direct link to the Divine. This is the act of Sacred Creativity.
We shall explore deep creativity as a tool for self-expression…
By releasing old wounds and limiting beliefs we can manifest our desires and share our unique gifts during this lifetime.
We will learn to free our imaginations and shall explore different creative outlets each week, including group vocal play, creative writing and visual arts.
We will learn that creative expression is the seat of our vitality and can be accessed at any time.
We shall explore our relationship with Mother Earth…
By honouring the seasons and cycles we can align ourselves and see how closely linked we are to the Earth by noticing our own rhythms as women.
We will develop our relationship with plant and animal allies and apply that knowledge through simple and practical herbal medicine.
We will learn about creating ceremony in order to invite dialogue between ourselves and the Earth.
PLEASE NOTE: We shall be following all protocols to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.
I shall accept a maximum of 8 participants for these weekly outdoor sessions.
Social distancing shall be in effect.
What to expect…
We shall address the themes of creativity, women’s wisdom and Earth honouring.
We will explore a variety of ways to stimulate our creative juices and tap into our wild imaginations.
I shall lead you in a specific guided meditation each week, offering the opportunity to sink deeper into the weekly teachings.
The chance to develop lasting connections within the sisterhood and to bring these teachings back into your own communities.

Limited to 8 participants.
Open to all ages, backgrounds, races and religions.
Open to all those who self-identify as women.
Bring warm layers and your own blanket to sit upon to denote your own socially distant ‘pod’.
Bring a journal to write in.
